ACCESS 2 Entertainment Program

Vancouver Island MusicFest is pleased to announce that we have now joined the ACCESS 2 Entertainment Program.

Launched in December 2004, the Access 2 Entertainment program seeks to help businesses provide quality customer service to customers with disabilities. Through the program, people with disabilities who require a support person carry a personal Access 2 Entertainment card with them. The card indicates to the ticket seller that the individual does indeed require the support of an attendant

Audience members with accessibility challenges who require a care attendant on site are invited to take part in our new “Access Program”. Care attendants (1 per person) will be admitted free of charge at the main festival gate the weekend of the festival.  Camping passes are not included with this access. 

This means that Access Program participants can now buy their Weekend Passes before the festival and participate in our Early Bird ticket deadlines.
